Sideboard 07 takes the quiet end of Nordic design and adds storage to match. Three generous drawers run down the centre, flanked on each side by a top drawer and a lower cabinet door, so there is a home for linens, cables, candles and all the things that never quite have a drawer of their own. Circular cut-outs sit flush in the fronts in place of handles, keeping the face clean, with no hardware to catch a sleeve or clash with the rest of the room.
The shape is all soft edges: a rounded top ledge and smoothly radiused corner pillars that flow straight into tapered legs, so a piece 170cm wide reads light rather than heavy. The legs are solid oak, and the body combines solid oak with oak veneers over an engineered wood core, finished to show the grain rather than hide it. There is nothing to build, either - it arrives fully assembled in a single box, ready to place and fill. Available in oak or oak stained to walnut colour. Product weight 52kg, boxed weight 65kg.
Full range of Swyft sofas, sofa beds, chairs, barstools, dining tables, sideboards, desks, TV units, occasional tables, bedroom furniture & more are available to order.
Sideboard 07 is not currently available to view in either of our stores.
